The Wheel of Mystery Continues

The rows are laid out on my table ready to be sewn.  I alternated the dark and light rather haphazardly and then did some rearranging.

It's all sewn.  I had bought fabric for a border, but now I think I like the idea of no border better.  I think it would take away from the quilt itself.  What do you think?

  1. I like this, but I think a border would be okay if it wasn't a fussy fabric. A dark tone on tone or solid might look nice.

  2. LOVE the design - the circles have appeared as if by magic! :-)

  3. I agree with you, a standard border would detract from the movement of your circles. A binding from the darker colors in the quilt would be just right.

Or...if you wanted to get ambitious, make the border components 1/2 the size of the ones shown. Make up 2 or 3 and audition how they work. Is it an echo or a scream? ;)
    great job!
