I Can't Always be Quilting!

Sometimes gardening needs to get done.  And when the weather is nice, like it is now,  I have to get out there and clean things up.
I'm from the Pacific Northwest.  We didn't get the big snow storm that a lot of you got.  We hardly ever get snow.  We get rain.  But I took advantage of the nice weather yesterday and got outside.  Here's some of my cleanup.

Things are starting to bud also.  Spring is so enjoyable for me watching plants come to life.

The first sign that I really like is the forsythia blooming.  I love that yellow bush.

 Here's a primrose

and a daffodil that's just starting to show itself.

Inside I have a plumeria.  They lose their leaves in the winter and the new ones are just coming on.  I have yet to see this plant bloom.

Eloise's room is starting to bloom also.   She has her new crib.  She just needs some pictures on the wall.
See her sleeping?

Shhhh!!!

  1. I can hardly wait to see the green! We have 3-4 inches of snow and it is still falling. But it is great sewing time. Everything is cancelled.
