Today is Scallop Day

No, I'm not cooking with scallops.  I am scalloping the edge of  Eva's quilt.  When Eva had picked out the kind of quilt she wanted, on her way home I received a phone call from her  "Can you scallop the edges?"  So it's happening now. 

I'm also trying to come up with the fabric I want to use for the binding.  I'm thinking of going with a beige color that is a little darker than the outside border, or should I go with the plum.  What do you think?

 

Now back to cooking crepes.
