Binding a quilt

Really?  I think it was break time.  This is the back of the quilt and you can see the thread sitting on my lap.  It should get done today.

This photo is the last day any chickens were around. Eloise is safely enjoying them. There were 3 places around the coop that were dug into.  The raccoon could get in and the chickens could get out.
Our friends saw a very fat 3 legged raccoon the other day.  He's probably the one.

This is linked to Whoop-Whoop Friday.

  1. Wait, is that Superior Threads on your lap? Just wondering.
What a cute baby and a pretty chicken too.

  2. Whoop Whoop! That picture is definitely one of those Kodak moments -- I need a nap. Adorable little critters, too :-)

  3. Great quilt! And great pics, too! Whoop whoop!!

  4. Haha!! Love your technique. :D That's a gorgeous chicken. Wait! Are you saying it got et?!

  5. Raccoons are cute until you realize what they can can do! Enjoy the lazy days of August! ;)

  6. I'm looking forward to reclining-in-the-shade weather! Enjoy!

I assume you are getting rid of the chickens?

I love hearing from you. Please feel free to leave a comment.
