The Lucy Dress

That's what I'm calling it anyways.  I've seen a lot of children's dresses and patterns have names, so I'm naming this dress.
It's a lovely fake pinafore dress.  That means it looks like two pieces but is only one.  Easy to take on and off.
I love the large flower print. It's just the type of dress I would have made for my girls.  This one I did for my girls' business.

The ruffle is great.  The two-sided ruffle makes it look extra flouncy.

And of course it ties in the back.

I'll have to make an Eloise version of this dress sometime.

  1. What a lovely dress. How on earth did you find time to sew while raising 8 children? I'm VERY impressed! How many boys and how many girls? I can see that you have at least 3 girls and 1 son. 8)
