A Miracle

A miracle has happened.  2 have become one flesh.  Through the Word proclaimed to them.  And now they are a family. My son, Chris and his bride, Sarah.  This happened on Saturday.

And here's Eloise, the flower girl coming down the aisle with John.

We had a great band playing during the reception.  They did a spoof off the movie "Amadeus".  Which one do you think Mozart is?

We ended the evening with some Hebrew dancing.  Two of my sons are the second and third from the left.

Chris is up in the chair.

It was a great party.  So many of our friends gave of their time, talents and money to make this a wonderful event.
This young couple are starting on their new life with Christ as their mediator.  There are times that they will need mediation.  They will always need the washing of His Word in their life.  He will come to them through the words of the people that are around them.  We are thankful for that.  Many friends, much help.

  1. I really like that first picture of them dancing together. We are all truly blessed to hear the Word preached in it's truth and purity. We are very happy for them.

  2. I am thankful for the preached Word, without which we would not have these great parties!

  4. Interesting.

Dressing up as Orthodox Jews with money strewn all over the floor (with the picture of Jesus in the background).

    Yeah, right.
    Hysterical.

Who needs the WORD - when a picture says it all.

    1. We are the seed of Abraham, justified by faith. Therefore, we are as Orthodox Jews. Thank you for your comment. You made me look at that picture again and I was seeing the story it told.
