I have the sashing sewn onto all the squares. I won't sew the whole thing together until I know who gets it as there is a blank square that is perfect for some embroidery of the name of the baby. So it may be one I put away for a little while.
Eloise is petting a baby chick. She is still a little wary and stands back from the box to look in, but when she wants to pet one, she sits down and you know it's time to get one to let her give one pet. That's all, no more.
