Love Entwined - Finished

Here it is.  I started it in July of 2013.  It's been a wonderful project these 3 1/2 years.

My 6 year old granddaughter calls it the " Forever"  quilt.  She always is interested in whatever project I'm doing and I know she has been with it from the beginning. Even though she was 2 1/2 when I started it.  She was there when I put the last stitch in the binding and was excited about the finish.

Enjoy browsing through the photos.

We have a waterbed.  That means the mattress is in a wooden box.  This quilt fits the top of the bed very nicely, since it doesn't have to go down the sides.  It is a marriage coverlet, after all.

  4. She's beautiful! I'm surprised it only took 3 1/2 years! I've saved the pattern but I don't know if I'll ever have the courage to start her.

  8. Your colors are so warm and bright. I love the plaid in the pieced part. But I truly admire your dedication to the finish! What an accomplishment. time4stitchn@gmail.com
