Ellen is a woman, probably in her 90's, that has finished cross-stitching this quilt and brought it in for me to quilt.
She has a sheet for the backing and flannel for the batting, just like people used to do it. I quilted her quilt on the blue dots that came on the quilt kit she had.
The cross stitching is amazing. You must have loved quilting this quilt.

Wow. Amazing work. I didn't know quilters used to use sheets and flannel as backing and batting - you learn something new every day!
