African Quilt

This is a quilt that I put together for a customer.  She was having it made for her daughter.  Her daughter, who has a father that gives safaris in Kenya, has collected t-shirts and scarves from that country.  They are beautiful scarves. Here's the quilt. 

I decided to do a log cabin format.  I left fringe on the scarves where it worked.

The stripes were mostly on the edges of the scarf, so this took careful cutting.

This is the backside of the quilt. It is also a large log cabin block.

Teri's Quilt

This is a sweet little quilt made out of onesies. 

A stipple is all this needed.

This is my newest quiet book page. 

These ducks like the water.

And they also like to fly in the sky.

I copied a quiet book page that was just a picture and no other link. It was pretty simple and fun.

Natalie's Quilt

Natalie likes little birdies.  This one took me a while, but it is finished.

Big sisters get to hold it up.

This has lots of pinwheels with the birds sitting on top.  Some have flowers in their mouths.

I copied a picture of another quilt that I liked.

That is what this quilt is.  There was some juggling of the offset pinwheels.

Vicki's Quilt

This is a masculine quilt all about ships.

She said I could do some custom work, so I made anchors in the large plain squares.

The rest is loops and straight line quilting.

Carol's Quilt

This is pretty in purple.

I did an overall of flowers.

Kristina's Quilt

Kristina loves applique.  She does these lovely quilts.  This one is cute for a child or baby.
