I'm upscaling my knitting. This is a Matinee coat from a Debbie Bliss book. I knitted it with a soft, soft baby alpaca yarn. It turned out so lovely.

I knitted this with a washable wool for a small, small baby. Knitting can become an obsession and I think it can be a more expensive hobby than quilting.
These sweaters are precious. I wonder why I could never figure out knitting and crocheting. Grandma tried to teach me to crochet after I was married, but it did not stick with me.
